The Word - Matched Up and Revealed (He will Save You)

Exodus 6:8
And I will bring you into the land concerning which I lifted up My hand and swore that I would give it to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and I will give it to you for a heritage. I am the Lord [you have the pledge of My changeless omnipotence and faithfulness] – Amplified

As true worshippers of Christ, we should be solely dependent on God. The passage above says that God will bring you into the land which He promised you. I checked out definitions online for the word “bring” and this definition caught my attention: Bring: take something or somebody with oneself somewhere. We have to allow God to take us with Him to where He has promised us. Note also that He will be present throughout the journey; He won’t just leave us to embark on the journey by ourselves, screaming out directions to us. No! He will be with us all through, making the turns we need to make with us, if we let Him.

When we blindly follow God’s leading, it might seem like foolishness to people around, don’t worry, remember when Noah was building the ark and how everyone who was headed for destruction was laughing and making fun of the only man that was headed for redemption. At the end who was the last and only man standing? So I encourage you to hold on to the promises of God over your life and know that He that has called you is more than able to see you through and bring you to that expected end He planned for you (Jer 29:11).

As a true worshipper, you have God’s word that He will deliver you from every reproach. The Israelites have always been God’s chosen people from the time of Abraham their forefather; however they were reproached by the Egyptians but when they cried out to their almighty Father in despair, what happened?

Numbers 6:5 - 7 – Amplified Bible

5I have also heard the groaning of the Israelites whom the Egyptians have enslaved; and I have [earnestly] remembered My covenant [with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob].

6Accordingly, say to the Israelites, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will free you from their bondage, and I will rescue you with an outstretched arm [with special and vigorous action] and by mighty acts of judgment.

God had to remember the promises He made to them. He spoke on their behalf and decided to fight for them. Have you had prophesies over your life yet unfulfilled? Are you yet to experience the promises of God over your life? Are you wondering when you will get a glimpse of the promises God made to you especially since everything seems to be going wrong? Don’t just sit there, cry out to the God who heard the groanings of the Israelites, cry out to Him and He will remember all that He said to you and fight to free you from every reproach.

After your rescue, He will carry out all that is necessary to make you His own. That is what He wants, to be able to be your God and make you His people. He wants you to be aware that it is only He who saves you.

7And I will take you to Me for a people, and I will be to you a God; and you shall know that it is I, the Lord your God, Who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.

God my only father, I pray that you come down and fight for us, remove every reproach from our lives and make the nations around us know that you are our God, you are our father and it is only you we worship and adore.
